For our Members who wish to Print and Mail their orders.

1) Select the form you wish to print.

2) Select Printer icon to print it out.

3) Fill it out completely, printing your information.

4) Address the envelope to the correct Chairman.

5) Make the check payable to the group as noted on the form.

6) After putting form and check in the addressed envelope, add postage and mail.
